Sex Appeal!! is the 127th chapter of Miki Yoshikawa's Yamada-kun to 7-nin no Majo.
Nancy and Toranosuke talk about Rui's possible plan of action. Meanwhile, Ryu and Miyabi spy on Kentaro and Urara, with Miyabi displaying odd behavior. Eventually, Ryu concludes that she must be under the influence of a Witch.

Kentaro and Urara shop together
In the Student Council office, Toranosuke offers Nancy coffee or tea, but she yells out that she wants a soda, only to be told that they do not have any. Nancy then informs him that she encountered Rui, shocked to know that he is well-informed, as well as the fact that their powers work on each other. Eventually, Toranosuke questions if she knows what Rui's could be thinking, but she simply claims that he will soon remember her existence, and due to their influence, their will be an in-balance, thus why he will need Ryu, the Joker, on his side. Before leaving the room, Nancy tells Toranosuke to never let go of Ryu. Elsewhere, Ryu texts Urara, but is disappointed once told that she will not be able to walk home with him due to cram school. Just then, Miyabi appears at Ryu's location, telling him that she has something to show him regarding Urara. He follows her, only to see Urara alongside Kentaro and questioning what is going on.
Miyabi begins to detail the fact that Kentaro has always been in love with Urara, subsequently accusing the two as she lowers her head. Ryu looks at her, and is told that she will always be by his side. As she gets up to walk away, she asks him to keep this a secret between the two. Regardless, once Miyabi leaves, Ryu confronts Kentaro and Urara, asking what is going on. They try to express that they were just looking for a recipe. However, Ryu dismisses the revelation, asking what is wrong with Miyabi. The two ponder what he means, only to listen as he further claims that Miyabi, who is currently running elsewhere, is under the influence of a Witch.
