Downright Awful! is the 90th chapter of Miki Yoshikawa's Yamada-kun to 7-nin no Majo.
Ryu confesses his love to Urara, who returns his feelings. They share their first kiss as boyfriend and girlfriend, while a happy Nene looks on with a smile on her face.
Summary[]
Ryu is the person Urara loves
Urara accepts to head out and speak to Ryu in private. Once they are outside, Ryu tells himself that Urara probably remembers their previous conversation, watching as she has a rather displeased look on her face. However, before he can say anything, Urara apologizes, explaining that she was not able to keep her promise from that time. Ryu reminds her that he was the one who was not able to kiss her, but Urara claims that she wanted to pay him back, as he saved her once before; apologizing yet again. Urara additionally claims that Ryu was so desperate to help her yet again, that he pretended to have feelings for her, but Ryu stops her midway, assuring her that his feelings were no joke. He firmly questions if she would go out with him, but Urara looks down. Just then, Ryu recalls being told that she likes someone else. Albeit, Urara reveals that, that person was him.

With a smile on her face, she accepts to go out with Ryu, making him blush. Meanwhile, in the Supernatural Studies Club Nene realizes that Ryu and Urara are missing, prompting Shinichi to look around. At the same time, Ryu is on his knees, asking himself if this is a dream. Urara lowers herself to meet Ryu's face, asking what she should know now that she is his girlfriend. He is shocked at this as he didn't realize he needed to think that far ahead before looking to the side, telling Urara that he wants her to always be by his side. Urara refuses, reminding him that she has to study and they live in opposite sides of town. However, she claims to understand what he means, telling him that she will do just that.
She then asks him if they can share a kiss, which shocks him. Claiming that she wants to know if her powers are really gone, she approaches Ryu, but stops midway there and is forced to blush as she looks into his eyes. Regardless, she kisses him. She turns to leave, sure that her powers are gone, but Ryu questions if she solely wanted to kiss. Blushing, she admits that, that was the reason. From the window, a smiling Nene looks at the couple, with Shinichi handing her a handkerchief, which angers her as she tells him that she is not crying.
